Daniel Boodoo
Fitness Trainer + Nutrition Coach with over 15 years of experience, Daniel has worked for two of the biggest fitness clubs in NYC and Miami, New York Sports Clubs and Equinox (Tier 3+).
After obtaining multiple certifications in Fitness and Nutrition and years of reaching hundreds of clients’ goals, Daniel's passion is to help people reach their full potential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Noemi Henriquez
Noemi is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher & mat pilates instructor. She earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Psychology in 2015 and is currently working towards her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Her training style mixes weights, calisthenics, and yoga to provide an overall zen experience and more mental clarity moving forward throughout your day! She is very passionate about alignment, connecting with her clients, and making sure they feel supported on their journey towards better health.
Jose Suarez
Jose is a certified personal trainer, with additional certifications in program design and sports enhancement. He has assisted in training several NBA players and college athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. He is passionate about helping others reach their athletic potential.
He focuses on building strength while working on flexibility by incorporating weights, bands, calisthenics and mobility drills to improve body composition and making sure clients always leave their sessions feeling better than when they started.
